In November’s Master Class we are joined by Savanna. Savanna is a long time meditator and after a three month long retreat, she picked up Dr. Fehmi’s book, The Open Focus Brain. Immediately she felt “the feeling of space really resonated” with her and found that she gained great benefit from the Open Focus exercises. However, Savannah finds that she becomes stuck on certain exercises and is looking for guidance on how to continue using Open Focus in dissolving her anxiety.
We are delighted to present our next chapter in our Master Class webinars on Thursday October 1, 2015 at 1pm EST. In a Master Class Les Fehmi, Ph.D. and Susan Shor Fehmi, LCSW, spend an hour working one-on-one with an audience guest targeting their major physical or emotional symptom.
In October’s “Ask Dr. Fehmi,” we meet “Terry”. Terry has been dealing with chronic knee and leg pain for six years. . As a barber, Terry spent many years on her feet. The pain began in her knees and has now traveled to her legs- specifically her calves and shins. After four unnecessary and unsuccessful surgeries, Terry was diagnosed with TMS (tension myositis syndrome). Typical to a life with such severity of pain, Terry’s activity levels have declined immensely.
